Short Bio

 

Born in Johannesburg with roots in the Eastern Cape. Deslynn is a Cape Town girl by heart. A soul singer, songwriter and performer, Deslynn loves art.

Deslynn is almost quiet and sometimes loud. Her vibrant personality and subtle demeanor is neither too much nor too little, she floats eloquently between both worlds.

Deslynn released her much anticipated single titled "Black Love" in 2018 featuring multi-media artist Andy Mkosi, produced by Eugene Ackerman and composed by Yvan Potts. And recently completed a week of recording at Redbull Studios (Cape Town) a collaboration between the two brands through which an EP will be released in 2019, with various artists features.
